Your role

As a Junior Sales Representative, you will increase FrontNow’s sales pipeline, and take care of new and existing business relationships. Your responsibilities include:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Generate leads through email, events and meetings
  • Focus on the long-term success of our customers
  • Support and communicate with partners and customers
  • Provide constant support for the Sales team
  • Manage the process of signing contracts
  • Update and maintain client records (CRM)
  • Report sales results and metrics
  • Participate in demo calls and meetings
  • Represent the company at trade shows and conferences

Please note that this is an entry role. We’re looking only for candidates who want to become a Sales or Business Development Representative within 12 months.

This role may include some travel.

Requirements and skills

  • Experience working in a client-facing role, preferably at a technology or B2B company
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Superb written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills, preferably for meetings with executives and stakeholders
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Ability to work independently with self-discipline
  • Willingness to learn

It would be even better if you have:

  • Degree (completed or ongoing) in Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience creating sales pitch decks
  • Interest in startups and technology
  • Proficiency in German
